I love doing the hard work of convening leaders, organizations, and funders on the frontlines of change; aligning conflicting theories of the problem, and beliefs about what’s needed, in order to write a bigger story of change—all in the service of co-developing a plan to make it real.
Building bridges and forging connections grounded in trust, among people doing the hard work of change, is central to any system-shifting effort. And it’s the type of work that’s needed now more than ever.
